An idea that came to us yesterday whilst we were thinking about our disorienteering map was about monsters. And where would the monsters of necklace park live? what would they look like? what would they eat?
I thought a 'monster map and spotting guide' might be a fun thing for kids - big and small alike - to create.
Any thoughts?

For somebody who has been involved in the field of children's play for 35 years the opportunity to put play on the Necklace Park Map was too exciting an opportunity to be missed!

Water... trees... open spaces... fallen logs... sand and mud... meadows... fallen leaves... old bridges...A winding river with lots of 'loose parts' on each of its banks... A playground with a difference!
